The staff were really helpful. They answered all my questions. my room was quite spacious and clean too. the hotel location is great. it is close to the train station and an easy walk into the city center.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. the room got quite warm and it made for an uncomfortable sleep. also, there was no complimentary water offered in the minibar. I found this strange. the chair at the desk in my room was really uncomfortable too.

the staff was friendly and helpful when i arrived. the room was clean upon arrival.
I was disappointed by the size of the room. It felt quite small for the price. there was also a noticeable lack of soundproofing. i could hear conversations and noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, and this made it hard to relax.

The location was very convenient for train travel. The station is nearby. The staff were helpful. They provided useful information and assistance. My room included tea and coffee facilities. I also used the minibar.

the breakfast was high standard.
I could barely fit inside with my suitcase. it reminded me of a tight squeeze, and it was quite frustrating to deal with, especially when other guests were waiting. this should be addressed to improve the experience.
